Dewan to discuss traffic jam charges, buskers’ recognition today

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 27 — The Dewan Rakyat sitting today will focus on key urban issues including the implementation of congestion charges in Kuala Lumpur and efforts to elevate street performers as part of the city’s cultural identity.
